Has anyone visited the Dominican Republic, if so what can you tell me about Punta Canna, what is a good hotel?

Go to TripAdvisor.com and check out the hotels and resorts in PC. It's a beautiful spot, but there's not a lot to see/do outside of the resorts.

I stayed at Iberostar in Punta Cana and it was exellent!!

Reply:Punta Cana is a beatiful vacation for the price! I had a terrific time there, the weather was amazing and the vacation was very relaxing. I stayed at the Sol Melia resort, beautiful and BUG FREE which is very hard to find in DR.

Reply:SOL MELIA!!!! I just got back from there in November and let me tell you, it was amazing! The price was amazing, all inclusive, beautiffullll girls, beaches, pool, etc. Huge resort. Located in Bavaro, about 15 mins from Punta Cana Airport.
