The leaves even look brown- I water them nightly, because we have been so dry. Am I doing something wrong? I have seen others planted in pots and they are thriving. I have them planted in a side bed that gets afternoon sun. Is this maybe not enough sun for them?
I have just planted 2 canna's. They arent reblooming, I have cut the dead heads off, but nothin. What do I do?

Reply:Maybe they need a full day of sunshine. They love heat. Mine grew about 3ft. tall(!) and blooming now. I know it's short, but here in Pacific N.W., summer is on the cooler side. I planted mine in the full sun location, though. Perhaps, I should've planted against the house on the southside, where it is more warmer.
